Work you’ll do
- Practitioners with a passion for helping clients solve complex Finance, Supply Chain, and IT challenges will be brought together under one group. This enables professionals to interact with and learn from their colleagues who understand the specific challenges that exist in each domain.
- Practitioners can further their skill development and grow their careers while working across the Advice, Implement, and Operate spectrum.
- Play an active role requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, Process and System design, providing training to business users.
- Hands-on configuration, functional design and configuration, support tech development, building test scripts, conducting application testing.
- Identifying and documenting business process improvements in carrier management, order management, optimization & planning, shipment execution and freight settlements
- Configure and Develop custom agents workflows
- Helping clients to adapt best business processes, and working closely with clients and internal project teams to achieve implementation goals and ROI
- Work with global teams / Work independently in virtual teams
- Attend training programs in latest technologies, learn and deploy on the job.
- Provide technology mentoring for the junior resources.
- Participate in day-to-day project meetings and share their issues/discussions
- Attend various career development trainings
- Participate in various firm level initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- SME with strong expertise in Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), with 4 – 9 years of relevant experience
- Hands on implementation experience in implementing and strong knowledge of Oracle RMCS functionalities, including revenue recognition, contract management, and billing.
- Ensure seamless integration of RMCS with other Oracle Cloud modules such as Order Management, Subscription Management, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger and Projects, facilitating efficient end-to-end revenue management processes.
- Should be able to drive client communications effectively and independently to closure.
- Demonstrated experience as a senior resource with experience in key design and build activities such as gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, design workshop preparation, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional design and configuration, testing, participation in cutover etc.
- Ability to run client workshops/discussions for requirement gathering and demos
- Experienced in performing fit-gap analysis and any related custom object design for identified gaps.
- Hands-on experience in Configuration, customization, development, and deployment of the Oracle RMCS module, ensuring reporting and compliance requirements
- Exposure to onsite-offshore model will be an added advantage.
- Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
- Basic Knowledge of Oracle Projects modules is preferred
- Experience leading an entire work stream of relevant Oracle applications is preferred
- A Bachelor/Masters’ degree in Engineering / Business.
