The ideal candidate should be ready to work onsite at the customer location and play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes and driving digital transformation in vehicle assembly operations. Key Responsibilities: • Evaluate product, process, and assembly hierarchies to optimize hours per vehicle and cycle time. • Collaborate with design teams to ensure Design for Assembly/Manufacturing (DFA/DFM) principles are implemented early in the design phase. • Conduct product studies and define assembly processes considering Quality, Safety, Delivery, and Ergonomics . • Associate parts, tools, and quality attributes with process definitions. • Execute preliminary Line Balancing, TAKT Time, and Cycle Time planning.
