Experience in working on agile setups with Product Management (Product Owner, Product Manager,)- Servant Leader : Builds an inclusive and empowered team, while igniting leadership in others.- Extensive experience in developing applications based on relational databases.- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Angular/Typescript, HTML5, AngularJs and SQL.- Strong understanding of fundamental data structures (trees, graphs, etc.) and algorithms.- Experience in 3D BIM data, processes or data formats with focus on the construction industry.- Excellent teamwork, flexibility, and customer orientation.- Ability to work independently, with a structured and quality-focused approach.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).- Motivation to push forward digital transformation.- A proactive mindset, with a drive to contribute to continuous improvement.- Experience with Cloud-related performance and scalability, including cloud service performance monitoring and optimization.Required Skills & Experience : - 8+ years of experience in software development and team leading exposure.- Deep expertise in Microsoft technologies including C#, .NET Core/Framework, SQL Server, Azure services and Angular front end.- Strong knowledge of database optimization techniques.- Hands-on experience in cloud-based development practices.- Familiarity with DevOps (Azure VM's, VMSS and DB's), CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.- Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to drive architectural decisions and mentor teams.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum etc. and tools like JIRA/HP ALM.Preferred Qualifications : - Engineering Graduate with software solution design experience.- Experience in managing Monolithic & Microservices architectures.- Knowledge of front-end performance optimization techniques (React, Angular, or Blazor).- Technical certifications would be added advantage.- Experience with AI-driven performance optimization strategies.
