Skills Required :


- 10+ years of experience in software development and project leadership.


- Strong proficiency in Java or .NET or Javascript and its frameworks.


- Proficiency in any one of these Frontend Technologies: AngularJS/ ReactJS/ NextJS.


- Proficiency in any one of these database: Sql/Postgres/MySql/MongoDB would be a value addition.


- Architect, design, and oversee the development of applications using front end and backend technologies


- Provide hands-on coding and debugging support when necessary.


- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.


- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).


- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.


- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.


- Excellent understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.


- Excellent verbal and written communication :


- Proven experience in leading teams and managing software projects.


- Collaborate across teams to define project requirements and timelines.


- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.


- Implement code optimization, performance tuning, and security measures.


- Promote Agile methodologies within the team.


- Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
