Job Title: Sales and Marketing ExecutiveLocations: Rudrapur | Nainital | Almora | Pithoragarh, UttarakhandCompany: Global Environmental Solution (CBWTF)Job Overview:Global Environmental Solution is seeking four dynamic Sales and Marketing Executives to represent our bio-medical waste management services across key districts of Uttarakhand. The ideal candidates will have strong connections within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry and a proven track record in bio-medical waste or pharmaceutical sales.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and connect with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and healthcare facilities in the assigned region. - Explain the importance and process of proper bio-medical waste handling and disposal. - Build and maintain professional relationships with doctors and healthcare decision-makers. - Negotiate and finalize service agreements and contracts. - Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase outreach. - Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Requirements:- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the bio-medical waste or pharmaceutical sector. - Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. - Knowledge of Bio-Medical Waste Management Rules, 2016 preferred.Benefits:- Competitive salary and attractive performance-based incentives. - Opportunity to represent the leading environmental service provider. - Career growth in a professional and sustainability-driven organization.
