Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a highly experienced and self-driven Application Developer with in-depth expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications that align with our strategic business processes and requirements.

This position offers the opportunity to lead technical initiatives, collaborate across teams, and play a key role in delivering high-impact solutions that drive operational excellence and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.

- Collaborate with and manage development teams to ensure effective execution and delivery.

- Lead team decision-making and contribute to cross-functional discussions.

- Identify and implement solutions to technical and business challenges across multiple teams.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to support capability building across the team.

- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely delivery of application features and enhancements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues to maintain optimal system performance.

Professional & Technical Skills :

- Mandatory : Strong proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.

- Comprehensive understanding of application development methodologies.

- Proven experience in the integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with other enterprise systems.

- Familiarity with data migration tools and processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

Additional Details :

- The role is based out of our Pune office.

- Candidates must have completed 15 years of full-time education.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential.
