Manager - Finance (CA qualified preferred)GO DESiWho we are:- At GO DESi, our mission is to make DESi 'POP'ular.- We are a packaged food brand that makes regional DESi products relevant and accessible to customers, while ensuring quality and authenticity.- Today, the bulk of our products operate in the Impulse category.- Our best seller is DESi POPz, we sell more than 90 lakh POPz monthly.- Our other categories include DESi Meetha, DESi Mints, and DESi Bytes.- We have an integrated backend i.e., we own the entire supply chain from sourcing to manufacturing.- GO DESi aims to be a sustainable brand with the larger purpose of becoming a beacon for non-zero-sum capitalism, where all stakeholders win.Brief:- We are seeking an experienced FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Manager to drive strategic financial management, business insights, and performance reporting for our growing team.- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, with proven experience in team leadership, financial modeling, and business finance oversight.- You will be responsible for managing a small team of finance professionals, preparing comprehensive financial analysis and forecasting, driving business performance metrics, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation.Job Responsibilities:- Development and maintenance of financial models, budgets, and rolling forecasts for business planning and strategic decision-making.- Preparation of Monthly Management Reports, KPI Dashboards, and other MIS as required from time to time, with insights and recommendations.- Performance Analysis - Tracking and analysing business metrics, revenue trends, cost structures, and profitability across business units/products to support strategic business reviews with Leadership.- Variance Analysis & Scenario Planning - Conducting regular variance analysis against budget and prior period, preparing scenarios to support business strategy and investment decisions.- Cash Flow Management - Monitoring cash flow projections, working capital efficiency, and providing recommendations to optimise financial resources.- Participating in the Annual Audit Process and supporting investor/stakeholder reporting and due diligence requirements.- Review existing processes and seek continuous Process Improvements / Automations, including implementation of financial systems and analytics tools.- Ad-hoc Financial Analysis - Supporting business teams with financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and businessWhy you should join GO DESi?At GO DESi, we are growing exponentially and discovering new problems and creative solutions daily.
