Data Integration and ETL Development :

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using Talend to extract, transform, and load data from various sources to target systems.

- Implement best practices for ETL development and data integration.

AWS Cloud Solutions :

- Utilize AWS services such as S3, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, and RDS for data storage, processing, and analytics.

- Develop, deploy, and manage data pipelines and workflows in AWS environments.

Performance Optimization :

- Optimize and tune ETL processes and data pipelines for performance and scalability.

- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues to ensure high availability and reliability of data integration solutions.

Collaboration and Documentation :

- Collaborate with data architects, data scientists, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.

- Document ETL processes, data flows, and integration solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Quality Assurance :

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.

- Implement data quality checks and controls within ETL processes.

Required Qualifications :

Educational Background :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Professional Experience :

- 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ETL development and data integration.

- Extensive experience with Talend Data Integration Suite.

- Strong experience with AWS services related to data processing and storage (e.g., S3, Redshift, Lambda, Glue, RDS).

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.

- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or another relevant language.

- Experience with Big Data technologies and frameworks is a plus (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
