Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Consultant to join our team in Chennai.

This is an on-site, full-time role, either on a permanent or contract basis, depending on the candidate's preference.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with a focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

You will be responsible for analyzing business scenarios and mapping them to Oracle EBS functionalities, driving business process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze and articulate business scenarios, aligning them with Oracle EBS functionalities, particularly within SCM modules.

- Provide functional expertise and support for Order Management, Purchasing, Material Planning, Manufacturing, and Inventory modules in Oracle EBS.

- Lead or contribute to full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) projects, including Business Process Reengineering.

- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements, propose solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

- Maintain a strong sense of responsibility and drive for delivering results in a timely and effective manner.

Required Skills :

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM modules.

- Strong functional knowledge in Order Management, Purchasing, Material Planning, Manufacturing, and Inventory.

- Proficiency in analyzing business processes and translating them into Oracle EBS functionalities.

- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and Business Process Reengineering.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Desirable Skills :

- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Java or ASP.NET, and familiarity with SQL.

- Experience in web and SharePoint design.

- Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Office 365 and OneDrive.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI for report development.
