Senior Data Scientist (AI/ML the is a fast-growing data science consulting firm specializing in financial services. We partner with banks, fintech and financial institutions mainly in the Indian market. And we solve complex challenges in risk, fraud, collections, marketing, sales, and operations.

We are a niche, analytics-driven team. Your work directly influences how financial institutions make smarter decisions. Dhurin is the place for someone thats passionate about data and wants to grow with a dynamic, well positioned firm.

Role a Senior Data Scientist, you will lead and deliver high-impact projects in credit and fraud risk analytics. You will design, develop, and deploy advanced ML/statistical models and scorecards, mentor junior team members, and work directly with clients to translate business challenges into data-driven & 3-7 years of experience in AI/ML or data science roles with exposure to credit or fraud risk in retail banking/financial services.

- Strong quantitative foundation B.Tech/M.Tech or B.Sc/M.Sc in Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, or Operations Research

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with proven experience in handling large datasets.

- Strong track record of building and deploying ML/statistical models or scorecards.

- Ability to interact with clients and translate business problems into AI/ML frameworks

- Leadership skills: Mentoring junior team members and driving projects : Mumbai/Bangalore
