Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SailPoint Developer to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires strong expertise in both the technical and functional aspects of SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and customizing SailPoint solutions, with a focus on identity and access management (IAM) best practices. You will be responsible for developing robust rules, connectors, and workflows to meet complex client requirements and enhance our IAM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- SailPoint IIQ Development : Design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform.

- Java Rule Development : Develop and debug complex Java rules within IIQ at various levels, including workflow, form, and quicklink rules.

- Certification Customization : Write rules to customize and enhance certification processes (Manager, Advanced, Account Group Permissions, Delegation Rules).

- Custom Task Development : Develop rules for custom task creation and execution to automate and streamline identity governance processes.

- Filter Proficiency : Demonstrate proficiency in writing effective filters for data retrieval and manipulation within SailPoint IIQ.

- Identity Object Model : Apply a strong conceptual understanding of the Identity Object Model to design and implement efficient identity solutions.

- Connector Implementation : Design and implement standard SailPoint connectors for various systems, including Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, SQL Server, and Sybase.

- Troubleshooting & Support : Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and perform debugging for SailPoint IIQ implementations.

- Collaboration : Collaborate with IAM architects, business analysts, and other developers to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, configurations, and processes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

- 2-12 years of progressive experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) development.

- Strong expertise in both the technical and functional aspects of SailPoint IIQ development.

- Proven experience in developing and debugging Java rules within IIQ.

- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically with SailPoint.

- Expertise in developing rules at various levels : workflow, form, and quicklink.

- Experience in writing rules to customize certification processes (Manager, Advanced, Account Group Permissions, Delegation Rules).

- Ability to write rules for custom task creation and execution.

- Proficiency in writing effective filters within SailPoint.

- Strong conceptual understanding of the Identity Object Model.

- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing standard SailPoint connectors like Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC, SQL Server, and Sybase.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Good to Have :

- Experience in custom connector development for SailPoint IIQ.

- Familiarity with other IAM tools and technologies.

- Knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) for integration purposes.

- Experience with database technologies beyond basic JDBC (Oracle, PostgreSQL).

- Relevant SailPoint certifications.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
