Job Title: Project Head

Location: Mohali, Punjab


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Head to lead our influencer marketing projects in Punjab. As a Project Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving project success. You will play a key role in strategizing, planning, and implementing influencer marketing initiatives to meet our clients' objectives.


Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee all aspects of influencer marketing projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.

- Develop and implement strategic influencer marketing plans aligned with client objectives and agency standards.

- Manage a team of professionals including project coordinators, content creators, and account managers, providing guidance and support throughout project lifecycles.

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates, strategic discussions, and issue resolution.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams to create compelling campaign concepts, content strategies, and deliverables that resonate with target audiences.

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify suitable influencers, negotiate partnerships, and secure contracts that align with client goals and brand values.

- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, leveraging insights to optimize strategies and drive exceptional results.

- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations showcasing campaign effectiveness, insights, and recommendations for ongoing improvement.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance agency capabilities and offerings.

- Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and quality in all interactions and deliverables.


Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

- Years of progressive experience in influencer marketing, with a proven track record of managing complex projects and client relationships.

- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in team management and collaboration.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms to derive actionable insights.

- Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and driving impactful marketing initiatives.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

- Previous experience in agency setting preferred.
