Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q4 2025.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product lifecycle from ideation to execution for content management system (CMS) initiatives.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for CMS platforms like AEM, Drupal, WordPress, Sanity, and Contentful.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and content teams to deliver scalable digital experiences.
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements through market research, stakeholder interviews, and analytics.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to define KPIs and ensure consistent delivery against goals.
  • Own backlog management, sprint planning, and product releases in an agile environment.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging CMS technologies and propose upgrades or new solutions to improve efficiency and user experience.


Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in product management , specifically with digital platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS tools like AEM , Drupal , WordPress , Sanity , and Contentful .
  • Strong understanding of web technologies , content delivery workflows , and digital asset management .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile methodology experience and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, etc.
