Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Workflow Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in providing essential back-office support functions for our US-based healthcare clients. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth operation of medical practices and improve patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-charting: Review and prepare patient medical records prior to appointments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Document Management: Review and manage incoming faxes. Organize and maintain electronic health records (EHRs) in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

  • Essential:
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in the US healthcare industry
  • Prior medical transcription and/or clinical documentation experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field
