Role Description

This is a full-time role for a 5G L2 and L3 Developers with one of our leading product based company. The role involves daily tasks related to developing and maintaining 5G L2/L3 protocols, troubleshooting network issues, analysing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work.


Years Of Experience:- 3-12 Years

Location :- Bangalore

NP :- Immediate - 30 Days


L2 Developers Required Skills


1. C/C++ programming

2. Familiarity with C++ STL containers is a big plus

3. Strong debugging skills (usage of gdb)

4. Ability to write scripts in Python (or in Perl) needed for efficient debugging

5. Good understanding of 5G NR SA Architecture (functions of UE, gNB and the Core Network)

6. Good understanding of the functions of different layers in L2 in the DU

7. Good understanding of the functionality of MAC and RLC layers in DU.

8. Good understanding of the 5G NR L2 scheduler.

9. Good understanding of the L2-L1 interface.

10. Experience in debugging scheduling and throughput issues.


L3 Developers Required Skills


1. C/C++ programming

2. Familiarity with C++ STL containers is a big plus

3. Strong debugging skills (usage of gdb)

4. Ability to write scripts in Python (or in Perl) needed for efficient debugging

5. Good understanding of 5G NR SA Architecture (functions of UE, gNB and the Core Network)

6. Good understanding of the functions of different layers in L3 in the CU

7. Good understanding of the functionality of CU-CP, especially of the N2, E1 and F1 interface.

8. Good understanding of the 5G NR RRC protocol,F1AP, X2AP and NGAP protocol.

9. Experience in analysing packet captures in Wireshark
