The Role:

Manage and Responsible for Project Deliveries, build technical competencies, resource staffing/utilization & allocations.

Manage & lead all Oracle EBS & Oracle Cloud Implementation Projects.

Conduct Technical design workshops, develop migration and validation strategies, conduct quality checks on project deliverables & code reviews.

Manage & guide technical team on data migrations from legacy systems (EBS & Non-EBS) to Oracle Cloud, report development, and all other customizations & extensions.

Work on Interface and Integration requirements with client.

Work on Instance management strategies with client.

Conduct technical trainings & workshops, active participations in pre-sale activities.

Coordinate with Offshore and Onsite technical teams on daily basis, guide the team in all practice initiatives & proprietary tools development.

Interact with various stakeholders to meet the KPIs.


What We’re Looking For:

18 to 22 years of experience in Oracle EBS & Oracle Cloud implementation projects.

Experience in Resource Management, Technical Competency building, Delivery Management and Quality Management.

Strong technical experience on SaaS & PaaS, Financials Modules, SCM modules and HCM modules.

Very good functional knowledge on Financials Modules, SCM modules and HCM modules.

Experience in working with Onsite-Offshore model.

Having experience in pre-sales is good.

Strong experience in managing client relationships & presentation skills, verbal and written skills.
