We currently have an urgent opening for the position of Service Now Developer with one of our clients.

Designation : Service Now Developer (Contractual)

Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Experience : 3-9 Years

Job Location : Pondicherry

Responsibilities :

- Utilize strong technical skills in Service Now, including JSON, API integration, Script include, and Business rules, to develop and customize solutions tailored to business needs.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of SPM processes, including Demand Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Resource Management, and Time Tracking.

- Implement SPM solutions in large organizations, overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and resource coordination to tracking timelines and budgets.

- Import and extract data using Service Now Data Source and Transform Map functionalities, ensuring accurate and efficient data transformation.

- Apply Agile methodologies in Service Now development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions iteratively.

- Develop and configure Performance Analytics dashboards and reports to provide insights into key metrics and KPIs.

- Generate and maintain reports on project progress, resource utilization, and other relevant performance indicators.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both orally and in writing, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues.

- Obtain certification in Service Portfolio Management (SPM) to enhance expertise and credibility in the field.

Requirements and Skills :

- Certification in Service Portfolio Management (SPM) is preferred.

- Experience with Performance Analytics, reporting, and KPI tracking in Service Now.

- Strong knowledge of data import/export processes using Service Now Data Source and Transform Map functionalities.

- Advanced technical skills in Service Now development, including proficiency in JSON, API integration, Script include, and Business rules.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience applying them in Service Now development projects.
