Job Title: Sales Development Representative – Fresher
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office, US Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM) – Preference for Bangalore-based candidates.
Employment Type: Full Time
CTC Range: Upto 6LPA (Including variable and incentives, final CTC based on interview performance)
Industry: IT Services

About the Role
We're looking for energetic engineering graduates interested in starting their career in sales. As an SDR, you'll identify potential clients, reach out to them, and set up meetings for our sales team. You'll play a key role in generating new business opportunities and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads.
- Connect with prospects via calls, emails, and social media.
- Pitch IT solutions and services to potential clients.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or MBA (IT or Computer Science).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Enthusiastic, target-driven, and willing to learn.
- Interest in technology and sales.
