Job Title : Senior Data AnalystOverview :- Were looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, Power BI, and Python to design scalable data pipelines, build insightful dashboards, and drive data-backed decisions across retail, eCommerce, and logistics operations.Key Responsibilities :- Build and manage automated ETL pipelines ensuring accuracy and timely refresh.- Develop interactive Power BI dashboards with real-time operational visibility.- Analyze API-based and transactional datasets to identify drop-offs, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.- Collaborate with product, operations, and analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights.- Ensure data quality, reliability, and consistency across systems.Requirements :- 5+ years of experience in data analytics; at least 2 years in eCommerce, retail, or logistics analytics preferred.- Strong command of SQL, Power BI (including DAX), Python, and data modeling.- Experience working with event-driven / API datasets.- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.- Ability to own datasets and dashboards end-to-end.Good to Have :- Experience with PostgreSQL, Power Automate, or similar tools.- Understanding of digital commerce funnels and SLA-based performance metrics.
