Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced RDK-B Lead to join our dynamic team.

The RDK-B Lead will be pivotal in driving the development and integration of the Reference Design Kit for Broadband (RDK-B) projects.

This role requires a deep understanding of RDK-B frameworks, extensive experience in embedded systems, and the ability to lead a team of engineers in delivering high-quality solutions for our clients in the IoT, Automotive, and Wireless sectors.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead the development and integration of RDK-B solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and industry standards.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.

Project Management :

- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure timely and successful project completion.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

System Design and Implementation :

- Design and implement RDK-B solutions, including hardware and software integration, to meet client specifications and performance criteria.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of RDK-B implementations to ensure robustness and reliability.

Client Engagement :

- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing updates on project progress.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into effective RDK-B solutions.

Continuous Improvement :

- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in RDK-B technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in our solutions.

- Contribute to the development and enhancement of internal processes and best practices for RDK-B projects.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in embedded systems development, with at least 3 years specifically focused on RDK-B frameworks.

Skills :

- Proficiency in RDK-B architecture, standards, and protocols.

- Strong expertise in embedded software development, including C/C++ and Linux environments.

- Experience with hardware design, integration, and testing.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
