Senior ML Engineer/Data Scientist (Data Models, LLM, SLM Experience)

Primary Skill :

- Advanced ML and NLP Expertise : Strong background in machine learning and natural language processing, with specific experience in large language models and statistical language models.

- Data Science Proficiency : Expert-level proficiency in data science methodologies, including data analysis, visualization, and processing.

- Programming Skills : Proficiency in programming languages relevant to data science and machine learning, such as Python, along with libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others.

- Research Experience : Demonstrated experience in research and innovation in the field of machine learning and NLP.

- Problem-Solving Skills : Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing complex challenges in model development and data analysis.

Education :


- A master's or Ph.D.in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Communication Skills should be Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable Skills :

- Experience with Large-Scale Data Systems : Familiarity with working on large-scale data systems and platforms.

- Cloud and Distributed Computing : Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and understanding of distributed computing environments.

- DevOps and MLOps Knowledge : Understanding of DevOps and MLOps practices, particularly as they relate to machine learning model deployment and management.

- Version Control Systems : Proficiency in using version control systems, such as Git.

Key Responsibilities :

- Development of Machine Learning Models : Lead the development and implementation of advanced machine learning models, with a specific focus on large language models (LLM) and statistical language models (SLM).

- Data Analysis and Processing : Conduct complex data analysis and processing, applying techniques in natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning to large datasets.

- Research and Innovation : Engage in research to explore cutting-edge techniques in machine learning and NLP.

- Implement findings to improve model performance and efficiency.

- Model Optimization and Scaling : Optimize existing machine learning models for performance and scalability.

- Work on enhancing the efficiency of language models in various applications.

- Collaboration and Leadership : Lead project teams, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists and ML engineers.

- Technical Communication : Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and team members, ensuring clarity in project objectives and methodologies.

- Quality Assurance and Testing : Oversee the testing and validation of machine learning models to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications : BE or Master Degree
