Job Title: Java Backend Lead Developer Location: Bengaluru Experience: 7+ Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for a Java Backend Lead Developer who has strong command over Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) , deep technical expertise in Java and microservices architecture , and a proven ability to design and lead backend systems . This role involves hands-on coding , mentoring developers , and driving technical excellence in scalable system design. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend services using Java / Spring Boot / Microservices . Apply DSA and system design principles to build efficient, high-performance solutions. Mentor and guide a small team of backend engineers; perform design and code reviews. Collaborate with architects, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure end-to-end delivery. Define best practices in coding, design patterns, and CI/CD automation. Own critical backend modules — ensure reliability, performance, and scalability. Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide quick resolutions. Technical Skills Required Core Java 8+ , Multithreading, Collections, OOPs, Exception Handling. Excellent understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA) – strong coding and problem-solving ability is mandatory. Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices Architecture – hands-on implementation experience. Database Expertise: MySQL / PostgreSQL / NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis). Messaging Queues: Kafka / RabbitMQ (preferred). Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) . Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) . Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning . Soft Skills Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities. Strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver under tight timelines. Passion for clean, testable, and maintainable code. Eligibility Minimum 7+ years of hands-on backend development experience. Must have strong DSA and problem-solving skills (coding test will be part of selection). Should be an immediate joiner or have a maximum notice period of 15 days .
