Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and analyze the data landscape and footprint.
- Perform exploratory data analysis, machine learning, and advanced analytics on large-scale textual datasets.
- Develop, experiment with, and deliver innovative, consultative solutions to client stakeholders focused on textual data.
- Design, build, and deploy semantic models and Named Entity Recognition (NER) systems.
- Work with pre-trained language models and cutting-edge embeddings, staying current with state-of-the-art techniques.
- Apply NLP/NLG/NLU techniques using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, BERT, LangChain, GPT, and OpenCV.
- Utilize Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) like Mistral, Falcon, Llama 2, GPT 3.5/4, and perform prompt engineering.
- Integrate NLP models into business workflows and ensure measurable business impact.
- Engage directly with client stakeholders, providing expert guidance and translating technical solutions into business value.
- Employ classical and advanced machine learning techniques including regression, forecasting, clustering, decision trees, optimization, and text mining.
- Contribute to project lifecycle from initiation through to solution delivery and business impact.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or related quantitative disciplines from a reputed institute.
- 7+ years of experience working with analytical tools/languages such as Python on large-scale data projects.
- Strong expertise in semantic modeling and Named Entity Recognition (NER).
- Proven experience with pre-trained models and embeddings, with solid awareness of their practical applications.
- Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks : PyTorch, TensorFlow, BERT, LangChain, GPT, and OpenCV.
- Exposure to Generative AI models and large language models (LLMs), including prompt engineering skills.
- Experience with Azure ML and GenAI services is a strong plus.
- Proficient coding skills in Python and SQL.
- Solid understanding of classical machine learning techniques like Linear Regression, Gradient Descent, Logistic Regression, Forecasting, Clustering, Decision Trees, and Linear Optimization.
- Deep knowledge of language semantics, data standardization, and NLP fundamentals.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with client stakeholders and translate technical insights into business solutions.
- Experience leading projects from conception to business impact, especially integrating NLP into business processes.
