Job Title:Data Engineer – PL/SQL | Kronos | Integration | WIM | AWS GlueExperience:3 – 8 Years Location:Hyderabad Employment Type:Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking aData Engineerwithstrong expertise in PL/SQL, experience inKronos (UKG Workforce Management),AWS Glue, andintegration frameworks. The candidate will design, develop, and maintainWorkforce Integration Manager (WIM)interfaces and scalable data pipelines, ensuring accurate and efficient data flow between Kronos and enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: Develop, optimize, and maintaincomplex PL/SQL queries, packages, procedures, and functionsfor ETL and data transformation. Design, develop, and manageKronos WIM interfacesand integrations with internal and third-party applications. Build and maintainETL pipelines using AWS Gluefor data extraction, transformation, and loading. Troubleshoot and resolve integration and data issues, ensuring high accuracy, reliability, and performance. Collaborate with business and functional teams to implement scalable integration solutions. Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error handling between Kronos and downstream systems. Work closely with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver end-to-end workforce data solutions. Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies. Document technical specifications, interface mappings, and deployment procedures. Required Skills: Strong PL/SQL development skills– writing complex queries, packages, procedures, triggers, and performance tuning. Expertise inKronos Workforce Central / UKG Pro WFM. Hands-on experience withKronos WIM (Workforce Integration Manager)– interface creation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Experience inAWS Gluefor ETL pipeline development. Knowledge ofdata integration/ETL tools(Boomi, Informatica, or similar). Understanding ofworkforce data models, timekeeping, scheduling, and payroll integrations. Familiarity withAPI-based or file-based integrations(SOAP/REST, CSV, XML, etc.). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Good to Have: Experience withBoomi Integration Platformor other iPaaS tools. Knowledge ofKronos Dimensions / UKG Ready. Exposure tocloud platforms(AWS, Azure, GCP). Scripting experience (Python/Shell) for automation. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
