This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving problems, streamlining workflows, and ensuring everything “just works.” You’ll work closely with leadership and internal teams to design and manage the tools that power our business — includingZoho ,Karbon ,Stanford Tax , andJuno Tax— and ensure data flows seamlessly across platforms.While the focus of this role is on systems and automation, we’d love to find someone who also understands how technology connects to the web — with experience or interest inSEO, website performance, or digital analyticsconsidered a strong plus.What You’ll Do Manage and optimizeZoho Oneapplications (CRM, Projects, Analytics, etc.) Build and maintainAPI integrationsbetween core tools (Zoho, Karbon, tax platforms, etc.) Create and maintainautomations and workflowsto improve team efficiency ProvideIT support and troubleshootingfor system or connectivity issues Collaborate on system upgrades, permissions, and performance optimization Document and train team members on best practices and new tools Contribute to ongoing efforts to build a scalable, connected tech ecosystem that supports both operations and digital presenceWhat We’re Looking For 4–5 years of hands-on experience in IT, systems management, or workflow automation Strong working knowledge ofZoho One ,APIs , and integration tools (e.g., Deluge, Zapier, Make) Experience withKarbonor tax-related software a plus Experience or interest in SEO, website systems, or digital performance preferred Excellent technical problem-solving and communication skills Self-directed, resourceful, and proactive — thrives in autonomy Excited to grow with aU.S.-based companythat values innovation and efficiency Must be able to work 4:00 pm - 2:00 am IST.
