They should have a solid understanding of various models, large language models (LLMs), statistics, SQL queries, data operations, and basic Excel usage. Exceptional logic, deep diving abilities, a creative thought process, and excellent English and soft skills are essential for this role.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Python Development: Write and maintain complex logics in Python to support various data analysis and machine learning projects.
  • Prompt Testing: Design and conduct scientific tests to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of prompts in AI models.
  • Prompt Engineering: Develop and refine prompts for optimal performance in various AI applications.
  • Model Understanding: Understand the differences between various AI and machine learning models and their appropriate applications.
  • LLM Knowledge: Have a basic understanding of how large language models (LLMs) work internally and apply this knowledge in relevant projects.
  • Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to analyse data and derive meaningful insights.
  • SQL and Data Operations: Perform SQL queries and manage data operations to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Use creative thought processes to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Logic Analysis: Deep dive into logical problems and provide detailed analysis and solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate excellent soft skills.
  • Excel Usage: Utilise basic Excel functionalities for data analysis and reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Python programming and developing complex logics.
  • Knowledge of testing prompts scientifically and prompt engineering.
  • Understanding of various AI and machine learning models and their applications.
  • Basic understanding of the internal workings of large language models (LLMs).
  • Solid understanding of statistics and its application in data analysis.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying and data operations.
  • Creative and analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic proficiency in Excel.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data visualisation tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

  • Experience in conducting and publishing research in relevant fields.
