Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Electrical

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

∙Prepare quotations and presentations for the projects (Lights & Furniture's)

∙Issue Proforma Invoice, place orders with the Companies etc.

∙Able to handle the projects independently

∙Maintain track of all the on-going projects & regularly provide update on the same

∙Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project

team.

∙Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.

∙Keep the Project Manager (PM) and others informed about project status and issues that may

impact client relations.

∙Good in Excel

Once the Project order is confirmed –

1.should know the project materials are ordered or not.

2.When the materials is supposed to arrive.

3.Material checking after arrival & lamp and accessories are ordered or not.

4.When to dispatch the material to clients.

5.Installations when has to be done.

∙prepare Monthly reports of the projects and update the same to the Companies

∙capable of handling any type of correspondence independently

∙Able to communicate with the clients
