Looking for candidates from Fintech/Payments AI/Analytics IndustrySkills & Expertise : - SQL- Python- Amazon QuickSight- Google Apps Script- Advanced excelRoles & Responsibilities :Job Purpose :You will own and manage all the Data, MIS, Dashboard & Automation requirements that are needed to govern portfolio, create recons, cater to ad-hoc requests and perform data analysis for the Risk team working on underwriting the loan book and managing the portfolio healthWhat you will do :1. Create an automated flow of information (data and insights) for all portfolio management activities such as portfolio/operational risk assessment, market risk analysis and credit risk policy2. Regularly monitor cohort loan performance, borrower behavior, key risk indicators, compliance adherence and communicate to relevant stakeholders via multiple channels such as Quicksight dashboards, Email MISs (via python), Google sheets, Slack channels via integrations and ensure data consistency as well as correctness3. Implement frameworks to automate and deploy above mentioned outputs by effective data integration, streamlining processes and output workflows to reduce manual effort4. Perform regular ad-hoc analyses for lender management and maintain lender decks with updated risk and compliance information5. Create databases and data marts that are required for performing analysis and monitoring experimentation impacts on business and risk axes, quickly and efficiently6. Work with risk, growth, product, finops, tech & data teams to build data pipelines that are required for creating reporting datasets/data marts7. Establish proactive alert mechanism and anomaly detection framework for data and KPI movements to provide regular findings on designated workstream, leading to improved and on-time actionablesMust haves :1. Excellent data manipulation skill with proficiency in excel, sql & python2. Ability to create data mart design required for building governance3. Ability to create data and metric alerts for quick anomaly detection4. Ability to do basic root cause analysis and provide findings to the stakeholders5. Ability to integrate systems for slack reporting using Google AppScript & Webhooks6. Should be from a lending or financial services backgroundNice to haves :1. Experience of handling large datasets using pyspark2. Experience in working with BI tools such Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight, Clickhouse etc3. AI adaptability in routine tasks (ref:hirist.tech)
