Powered by more than 84,000 entrepreneurial professionals across more than 30 countries, it caters to over 700 clients with its extensive domain and technology expertise to help drive superior competitive differentiation, customer experiences, and business outcomes.Job Title: Senior Business Analyst PC Insurance Insurity Data HouseLocation: Pan IndiaExperience: 8 to 12 YearsEmployment Type: Contract to HireWork Mode: HybridNotice Period: Immediate Joiners OnlyJob DescriptionLocation: India Hybrid 3 days weekWork Hours: 2 PM to 11 PM ISTExperience Level : 8+ yearsRequired Skills- Proven experience in PC Insurance especially Commercial Lines Auto Property GL Workers Comp - Ability to Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across underwriting claims and policy administration - Translate business needs into clear actionable Epics Features and User Stories with well-defined acceptance criteria - Analyse and optimize business processes related to rating endorsements renewals and claims - Collaborate with cross functional teams including product owner’s developers QA and data engineers - Work extensively with Insurity Data House to analyse workflows business rules - Handson experience with Insurity Data House or similar platforms - Strong SQL skills for data analysis and reporting - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - Strong understanding of Agile concepts - Experience with Agile tools like Jira Rally or Azure DevOps - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Well versed in creating comprehensive documentationSecondary Skills- Familiarity with Power BI and Snowflake will be plus - Experience in API mapping and data transformation will be a plusRecommended Certifications- AINS Scrum Fundamentals Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate
