Job Description:


We are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our dynamic team and assist in the recruitment process for our organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or related fields and possess a strong understanding of the hiring process.


Responsibilities:

  1. Source and attract candidates by utilizing various online platforms, social media, job boards, and networking.
  2. Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the requirements of the position.
  3. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate's qualifications, availability, and interest in the position.
  4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  6. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  7. Provide support in writing and posting job descriptions.
  8. Assist in the negotiation of job offers and communicate with candidates regarding employment details.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  10. Assist in various administrative tasks related to recruitment processes as needed.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related fields.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  7. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  9. Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  10. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
