Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Odoo developer with proficiency in Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, preferably with expertise in Django as well. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Odoo ERP system and the ability to customize and implement solutions tailored to clients' needs.


Responsibilities:

  1. Odoo Customization: Customize Odoo ERP modules according to clients' requirements.
  2. Module Development: Develop new modules and functionalities in Odoo to enhance system capabilities.
  3. Integration: Integrate Odoo with external systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
  4. Technical Consulting: Provide technical guidance and consulting to clients on Odoo implementation and customization.
  5. Code Review: Review code written by team members to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  6. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for Odoo customizations and implementations.
  7. Training: Conduct training sessions for clients' personnel on using customized Odoo modules.
  8. Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Odoo implementations.


Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or Architect, with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
  3. Strong proficiency in Odoo ERP system, including customization, module development, and integration.
  4. In-depth knowledge of Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture.
  5. Experience with Django framework is highly preferred.
  6. Proficiency in Python programming language.
  7. Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
