As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that align with the needs, preferences, and budgets of our clients. You will work on residential, commercial, or specialized projects, turning conceptual ideas into beautiful, practical spaces. From conceptualization to the final installation, your role is to transform spaces to improve quality of life and culture.

You will collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are executed on time and meet design standards and client expectations.

• Work closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and functional requirements. Create detailed design concepts that align with their vision, incorporating space planning, color schemes, furniture selection, lighting design, and material choices.
• Analyze and optimize interior layouts, ensuring efficient and aesthetically pleasing use of space.
• Oversee design projects from initial concept through final installation, managing timelines, budgets, and client relationships. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Develop mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations to communicate design concepts clearly to clients and other team members.
• Source and recommend furniture, materials, finishes, fixtures, and accessories, keeping the client’s budget and functional needs in mind.
• Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.
• Liaise with external vendors, manufacturers, and contractors to source materials, furniture, and other design elements. Supervise the work of contractors to ensure that installations match the design vision.
• Present design ideas, sketches, renderings, and material samples to clients, receiving feedback and making necessary revisions.
• Develop and maintain budgets for design projects. Monitor costs and suggest alternatives to keep projects within financial constraints.
• Address any design challenges or issues that arise during the design or construction process, offering innovative solutions.
• Ensure final installation meets the design specifications and resolve any post-installation issues with furniture, fixtures, or the overall design.
