Legal Counsel

We are looking for a Legal Associate with a specialization commercial law to enhance our legal team.

Work Location : Jasola, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Legal Expertise: Apply extensive knowledge of commercial law to advise on legal matters pertaining to business operations, transactions, and contracts.
• Document Preparation: Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and notices, ensuring compliance with current laws and regulations.
• Legal Representation: Represent MNS in legal proceedings as necessary, including litigation and negotiations, to protect the company's interests.
• Client and Debtor Relations: Communicate effectively with clients, debtors, and other stakeholders to facilitate legal processes and resolutions.
• Legal Research: Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of legal problems, providing sound legal opinions and guidance.
• Court Proceedings: Attend court hearings, managing cases effectively while keeping the management team informed of developments.
• Knowledge Application: Utilize expertise in specific legal areas such as the Sec 138 NI Act, Insolvency Proceedings, and other relevant legal suits.

Candidate Profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in law is required. A Master’s degree is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Bar Association: Licensed to practice law from the State Bar Association.
• Experience:2-4 years of relevant experience in commercial law within a corporate environment or law firm.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
