Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an Appointment Setter at ShikharSuri.com. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for setting appointments, appointment scheduling, communication, and customer service tasks on a day-to-day basis.


Qualifications

  • Setting Appointments, Appointment Scheduling, Emailing & Whatsapping Customers
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Should have his/her own laptop, good internet connection, mobile phone.
