Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director - Sales to spearhead our sales initiatives and execution within the Indian market. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, expanding our market share, and acquiring enterprise clients, including Banks, NBFCs, and large financial institutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic sales leader with an in-depth understanding of fintech, digital banking, and enterprise sales, capable of independently driving the sales process and building strong relationships with C-level executives. Key Growth & Revenue Strategy:
1. Define and execute a high-growth sales strategy focused on Banks, Large NBFCs, and Financial Enterprises across India.
2. Independently lead and manage complex enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting to closure, with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
3. Establish and achieve ambitious revenue targets, ensuring a consistent and robust pipeline of opportunities.
4. Oversee pricing strategies, lead contract negotiations, and finalize deals to drive revenue.
Market & Business Development:
1. Identify and penetrate new customer segments and opportunities within the Indian Digital Lending, AI-powered Banking, and BaaS sectors.
2. Cultivate a strong network and strategic alliances with key executives in financial institutions, technology partners, and regulatory bodies.
3. Represent Trustt at industry conferences, fintech forums, and other key events to enhance our brand presence and generate leads.
Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with CEOs, Business Heads, and CTOs at client organizations.
2. Collaborate closely with internal Product and Delivery teams to ensure our solutions align perfectly with client needs and market demands.
3. Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives within existing accounts to maximize customer lifetime value and revenue potential.
Sales Process & Innovation:
1. Utilize data-driven insights to manage the sales framework effectively.
2. Leverage CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot) and AI-driven analytics to optimize sales cycles and manage the pipeline efficiently.
3. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize sales dashboards for performance monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership, specifically within fintech, banking technology, digital lending, or BaaS solutions.
2. A proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar sales growth in the financial services sector.
3. An extensive network and established relationships with C-level executives in Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions across India.
4. Expertise in Digital Lending, AI-driven banking solutions, and Digital Identity.
5. A deep understanding of Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) models.
6. Exceptional negotiation skills with experience in managing complex enterprise sales and contracts.
