You will own the engineering roadmap, optimize development workflows, scale infrastructure and AI capabilities, and ensure delivery excellence while managing project-level P&L. Core Responsibilities :

Technology Strategy & Execution :

- Define and deliver scalable, mobile-first product architecture using React Native

- Lead cloud engineering efforts across AWS and Azure, incorporating DevOps, containerization, and

CI/CD pipelines :

- Drive backend intelligence and customer experience enhancements through AI-driven solutions

- Implement and oversee robust security architecture, compliance controls, and infrastructure reliability

- Build native and hybrid apps aligned with user experience goals

- Champion customer-first engineering mindset, balancing performance, scalability, and usability

- Monitor key metrics (latency, churn, adoption) and translate feedback into product enhancements

Team Leadership & Culture :

- Lead, mentor, and scale a large engineering team across frontend, backend, mobile, DevOps, data, and AI verticals

- Foster ownership, agility, and innovation through structured mentoring, hiring, and OKR alignment

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, QA, and Business teams to accelerate delivery velocity

Financial Oversight :

- Own complete P&L/Budgeting/Costing responsibility for engineering budgets, including cost allocation, vendor management, and ROI tracking

- Strategize budget planning for infra expansion, feature rollouts, and team growth

- Ensure delivery efficiency through cost optimization and milestone tracking
