Customer Quality Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1.Serve as the general liaison officer for overseas after sales issues within the division, with sources of issues including but not limited to the Engineering Institute, Quality Department, and the Overseas Sales Business Unit, etc.

2.Be responsible for liaising with technical support demands during the after-sales phase, coordinating withe relevant departments to provide troubleshooting guidance for fault issues.

3.Be responsible for collecting and summarizing the after-sales quality issues of the vehicles, and conducting risk identification of product quality issues, facilitating issue rectification, standardization, and closed-loop confirmation.

4.Be responsible for coordinating on-site investigations of after-sales quality issues, assisting responsible parties in conducting investigations.

5.Participate in the delivery acceptance check of software versions and provide acceptance recommendations based on local after-sales risk.

6.Be responsible for interfacing with after-sales IQS review work and assisting in handling claim-related issues.

7.Develop after-sales quality objectives and output after-sales quality assessment data as required by the division.


Job Requirements:

1.Fulltime bachelor’s degree or above, with English/Chinese as the daily working language; major in Vehicle Engineering, Automation, Software Development, or related fields; overseas work experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

2.Strong communication skills; possess team spirit; adapt to long-term business trip; have strong stress resistance.

3.Proficient in using common automotive diagnostic and testing equipment, such as CAN boxes, Vector, etc.; able to use message or log analysis tools.

4.Proficient in troubleshooting methods for DiLink, DiPilot, or hybrid electric systems.

5.Possess quality management mindset and proficient in using 8D tools.
