Role/Job Title: Java Tech Lead for Cloud Native Platform

Location: Remote (WFH)

Education: Any Engineering Graduate like

We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Tech Lead to join our Cloud Native Platform team. Looking forward to someone who aspire to become Tech Architect over the period of time.

As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Java developers in the design, development, and delivery of Cloud Native applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of our platform.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of Java developers in the design, development, and delivery of Cloud Native applications and services.

- Develop technical specifications and architecture for new applications and services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of our platform.

- Coach and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and grow their careers.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Participate in agile development processes and ceremonies such as sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

- Continuously improve the platform by identifying and implementing new tools and technologies.

- Ensure compliance with security and data protection Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong background in Cloud Native technologies and architecture.

- Experience leading a team of Java developers in the design and development of Cloud Native applications and services.

- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and patterns, as well as RESTful API design principles.

- Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience with Spring Framework and related technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Data.

- Experience with agile development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
