Role: Architect - Machine Learning Experience Level: 9+ Years Work location:Bangalore OR Mumbai (Hybrid)Role & Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Architect (9+ years) with a strong background in GenAI, LLMs, and ML system design to lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of intelligent solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI-driven systems, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and driving innovation across NLP, computer vision, and data-centric workloads.Architect and implementLLM-powered applications(Text-to-SQL, RAG, Agent Orchestration, and Prompt Engineering frameworks) Design scalabledata and ML pipelinesfor training, fine-tuning, and deploying models Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and DevOps teams to defineAI system architecture and MLOps practices Work withcloud-native services (GCP/AWS)to deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML workloads Leadmodel evaluation and optimizationfor performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency Contribute to roadmap discussions and provide technical leadership for new AI initiativesPreferred skills/tools: Strong expertise in Generative AI concepts – RAG, Text-to-SQL, Agentic workflows, and Prompt Tuning Hands-on experience with open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Falcon, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or Haystack Solid foundation in Machine Learning & Deep Learning, with knowledge of feature engineering, model tuning, and evaluation Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) – sentiment analysis, summarization, text segmentation, anomaly detection, and synthetic data generation Exposure to Computer Vision workflows – image/video classification, detection, or feature extraction Strong coding proficiency in Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow) Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD for ML deployment Practical experience with cloud computing services (GCP preferred, AWS exposure desirable)Behavioral Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multi-functional teams and stakeholders Independent problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to make sound architectural decisions Demonstrates accountability, ownership, and continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI landscape Brings strategic thinking and a passion for applying AI to real-world business problems
