ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design and implement communication to achieve global objectives and tailored business outcomes for the GDC business.

- Maintain GDC leadership and employee engagement annual internal communications plan.

- Draft, edit and produce relevant and engaging communications, key messages, talking points and content consistent with the NTT GDC strategy and brand.

- Develop and execute internal communication initiatives to foster employee engagement, alignment, and a strong company culture.

- Advise leadership regarding strategic employee engagement and change communications.

- Determine content and manage execution of NTT GDC CEO virtual and live meetings with global employee base.

- Collaborate with marketing and global internal communications, as needed, to facilitate messaging from NTT GDC CEO in recorded video and written messaging.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams within human resources, global data center teams, and executive leadership to ensure consistent messaging and alignment of communication efforts.

- Track and analyze the effectiveness of internal communication campaigns and provide regular reports to leadership, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Partner with NTT GDC affiliates to align or differentiate activities and messaging where appropriate for NTT GDC employees.

- Embed and champion best practice and communication capability within NTT GDC, its leaders and teams.

- Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

- Proven track record advising senior leaders; superior collaboration and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of management.

- Extensive experience developing strategic internal communications and change communications in a global organization.

- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing tactical communications and a track record of delivering solid, measurable results.

- Ability to be hands-on as well as strategic and to collaborate with others to ensure delivery of key projects.

- Experience in global organizations.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt messaging to various audiences.

- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media management, content creation, and analytics. SharePoint and Eloqua proficiency is desirable.

- Proven problem-solving ability that can identify source of problem, impact as it relates to other functions and stakeholders, and recommended solution.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills. An outstanding writer with the ability to create compelling messages that provides all levels of employees with a clear line of sight to business strategy.

- Outstanding judgment, with a balance of confidence, maturity, refinement, and high energy.

- Creative mindset and a passion for staying up to date with industry trends and emerging communication technologies.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Minimum 5 years of experience in communications, with a proven track record of successful communication campaigns.

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (master's degree preferred).

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS - Close visual work on a computer terminal.
