 1. Proficiency in server-side programming with Node.js and working with NoSQL databases, 

 2. Design, build and maintain high performance, reusable and reliable Javascript code. 

 3. Experience in building and consuming REST API.  

 4. Enjoy Agile development. 

 5. Enthusiasm in writing scalable code. 

 6. Good knowledge of Javascript 

 7. Knowledge of JSON 

 8. Experience with GIT 

9. Knowledge / experience in a JavaScript framework like Angular JS
