Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled WindChill PLM Consultant with 5 to 10 years of experience in configuration, customization, and development using WindChill PLM.

The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Java, REST API, and have hands-on experience in data migration, integration, and ThingWorx.

The role requires the ability to configure and customize solutions aligned with business processes, develop applications using WindChill's REST API, and collaborate closely with business architects to implement full solutions.

Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Configuration and Customization :

- Configure, customize, and build solutions aligned with business processes and requirements using WindChill PLM.

Application Development :

- Develop applications utilizing WindChill's REST API to address specific business needs and requirements.

Code Deployment and Debugging :

- Deploy and debug code throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaboration and Support :

- Work closely with onshore/offshore Business/Solution Architects to develop prototypes and implement full solutions.

Technical Design :

- Understand technical requirements and develop detailed design documents outlining the proposed solutions.

Issue Resolution :

- Coordinate support activities and identify solutions for complex technical issues that arise during development and implementation.

Quality Assurance :

- Develop code with minimum supervision, ensuring it meets quality standards, best practices, and aligns with business requirements.

Testing :

- Provide unit and functional test cases for implemented solutions, ensuring they meet the desired functionality and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in WindChill PLM configuration, customization, and development.

- Strong proficiency in Java and REST API development.

- Experience with data migration, integration, and ThingWorx is highly desirable.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
