Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 6-8 years of expertise in IT staffing and recruiting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing the complete sales cycle of IT consultants on the bench, with a proven track record of placing candidates in various technology domains. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the U.S. job market, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.


Key Responsibilities:


Bench Management: Manage and market bench consultants, including H1B, OPT, CPT, and other visa holders, across various technology stacks. Maintain an updated database of available candidates.


Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients to generate opportunities for bench consultants.


Marketing and Placement: Actively market bench consultants through job portals, social media, and personal networks. Ensure quick and effective placements by matching candidates to suitable job opportunities.


Rate Negotiation: Negotiate rates with clients and vendors to achieve the best possible margins for the company while ensuring competitive rates for consultants.


End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying job requirements, sourcing, and screening candidates, to coordinating interviews and finalizing placements.


Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all documentation and agreements, including rate confirmations, are properly executed and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.


Client Interaction: Engage in client interactions for requirement gathering, candidate submissions, feedback, and negotiations. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.


Networking: Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and industry contacts to facilitate quick placements and business growth.


Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on bench status, placements, and pipeline activities. Analyze market trends to inform business strategy.


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

6-8 years of experience in Bench Sales and Recruiting, specifically within the IT staffing industry.

Strong understanding of the U.S. IT job market, including visa types and work authorization processes.

Proven track record of successful placements and revenue generation.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using job portals, social media, and other recruitment tools.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM software is a plus.
