The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in ERP systems, with a strong understanding ofFinance, Procurement, Sales Order Management, HR, Warehouse Management, and Salesforce Integration . This role will focus onfunctional design reviews, UAT coordination, data mapping, and quality assuranceto ensure a successful and seamless implementation across global and local business functions.Key Responsibilities: Assist inreviewing and validating functional specificationscovering finance modules includingAccounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Payroll Accounting, and Chart of Accounts structure . Collaborate with functional leads todesign, document, and review business process flowsforProcurement (P2P), Sales Order Processing (O2C), HR, Warehouse Management , andSalesforce-to-SAP integrations . Participate inuser acceptance testing (UAT)— reviewing test plans, executing test scenarios, tracking defects, and validating outcomes. Supportdata migration activities , including source-to-target mapping, data validation, cleansing, and reconciliation for key master and transactional data. Ensurequality assuranceacross all functional workstreams by validating system configuration, workflow, and business logic against approved requirements. Work closely with technical and functional consultants toreview integration points and data interfacesacross SAP modules and third-party systems. Assist the ERP Project Manager inproject documentation, milestone tracking, risk management, and stakeholder reporting . Coordinate withglobal and local process ownersto ensure alignment, issue resolution, and smooth cutover readiness. Participate in workshops and system demonstrations to gather user feedback and refine requirements. Supportpost-implementation activities , including user training, process documentation, and hypercare support.Required Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding ofERP systems(SAP preferred) and cross-functional business processes. Working knowledge ofFinance and Accounting , includingAccounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Chart of Accounts, and Payroll Books . Familiarity withProcurement (P2P)andSales Order (O2C)processes — requisition to payment, quotation, purchase order, sales quotation, order creation, fulfillment, and invoicing. Total 6-8 years of IT applications experience, with 1 -2 ERP implementation. Understanding ofWarehouse Management ,HR , andCRM (Salesforce)integration scenarios. Experience indesigning or reviewing functional specifications ,data mapping , andsystem integration documentation . Strong grasp ofUAT processes, test plan design, and QA methodologies . Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder coordination across business and IT teams. Proficiency inMS Excel, PowerPoint, Word , and project tools such asServiceNow .Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or Supply Chain Management . Experience inSAP S/4HANA implementationor other major ERP platforms. Knowledge ofintegration frameworks(API, middleware, data exchange mechanisms).
