BASE24 Developer

Skills :

- 4 years of experience in Base24 development, with a focus on ACI Tandem Base24 Classic and EPS.

- Hands-on experience in designing and developing Merchant Acquiring - Authorization projects.

- Proficiency in NCR implementation for Acquiring Authorization projects.

- Thorough understanding of the Merchant Acquiring landscape, including transaction processing and settlements.

- Strong knowledge of Switch Processing, with the ability to optimize transaction routing and processing.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Stakeholder management skills, including the ability to manage expectations and drive consensus.

- Experience working with major card schemes such as MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners, and CUP for authorization processing.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Possess hands-on experience in all aspects of Base24 Classic and EPS development, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.

- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the Merchant Acquiring landscape, including transaction processing and settlements.

- Utilize in-depth knowledge of Switch Processing to ensure efficient and reliable transaction routing and processing.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and technical teams, to gather requirements and provide status updates.

- Manage stakeholders' expectations and ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

- Collaborate with MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Diners, and CUP schemes for authorization processing, ensuring compliance with their standards and requirements.

- Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes related to Merchant Acquiring and payment processing.
