  • Product Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to define the goals for the year.
    • Devise ways to collect and analyze customer feedback to decide on the exact feature sets to build that are best suited to customer needs.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity, which will inform further feature and product development.
  • Customer Engagement:
    • Work closely with customer support to gather feedback, validate product assumptions, and ensure solutions meet user expectations.
  • Leadership:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product launches and feature delivery.
  • Prioritization and Planning:
    • Prioritize features based on customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility, and manage product backlogs effectively.
  • Launch and Post-Launch Analysis:
    • Oversee product launches, analyze performance metrics, and iterate based on user feedback.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience as a product manager at a SaaS company.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in working with a team of software developers and designers.
  • A basic understanding of technical systems is required to engage with engineers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to take end-to-end ownership of projects.
