Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Physiotherapist to lead and manage our team of physiotherapists. The ideal candidate will be an expert in at least one of our core departments, with a strong understanding or experience across other departments. This leadership role requires a professional with excellent management and communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care, and the ability to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of physiotherapists across Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Neurology, Sports, and Women’s Health departments.
- Provide expert physiotherapy services, specializing in one core area while being proficient in other departments.
- Oversee the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring they meet the highest clinical standards.
- Drive customer satisfaction through personalized care and exceptional service.
- Mentor and guide junior physiotherapists to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Ensure seamless operations within the physiotherapy department, optimizing team performance and patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to create a holistic treatment approach for patients.
- Maintain and improve quality control systems, ensuring that all safety, hygiene, and legal standards are met.
Contribute to business growth by understanding the commercial aspects of physiotherapy services.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Physiotherapy with specialization in Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Neurology, Sports, or Women’s Health.
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in physiotherapy, with significant leadership or managerial responsibilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge across multiple physiotherapy disciplines.
- Experience or prior training in Aqua Physiotherapy is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on enhancing the patient experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Business acumen is a plus, with an understanding of how physiotherapy services impact operational performance.
- Passionate about continuous professional development and improvement.
