The Business Intelligence Manager will be instrumental in driving business growth and leading strategic improvement initiatives within the pharmaceutical organization. This is a critical individual contributor role focusing on leveraging advanced analytics and actionable insights to enhance decision-making, optimize processes, and achieve impactful business outcomes.Key Responsibilities- Business Needs Assessment: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for innovative solutions.- Advanced Data Analysis: Analyze large and complex datasets using advanced tools to uncover trends and generate actionable insights.- Solution Design and Development: Create compelling business cases and proposals for solutions, including process enhancements, technology integrations, and organizational optimizations.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong communication channels with senior leadership and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and buy-in.- End-to-End Project Management: Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and alignment with strategic goals.- Continuous Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities for streamlining processes to improve efficiency and overall operational performance.- Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all proposed and implemented solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA guidelines).Experience & Education- 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in a business intelligence, data analytics, or related role.- Proven track record in delivering actionable insights and driving data-driven decision-making in sales and marketing contexts.- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- Preferred: MBA or an advanced degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fieldsCore Skills- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, and data visualization frameworks.- Analytical Expertise: Strong proficiency in handling and analyzing large datasets.- Pharmaceutical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of industry trends, regulations (e.g., FDA), and sales force effectiveness metrics.- Problem-Solving Ability: Strong critical thinking with a solution-oriented approach.- Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate insights effectively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership, through presentations and dashboards.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and foster alignment among teams.- Advantageous: Familiarity with advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and machine learning (AI/ML) algorithms.- A Plus: Additional certifications in analytics tools or methodologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL, or Python).If you are a driven BI professional looking to make a significant impact in the pharma industry, apply now (ref:iimjobs.com)
