Role : IntelliMatch Developer Location : Bangalore (Hybrid/On-site) Experience : 6-8 yearsAre you an experienced IntelliMatch Developer looking to make a real impact in the financial services space? Join our growing team and contribute to cutting-edge reconciliation and data integrity solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, configure, and support FIS IntelliMatch modules including Reconciliation, Data Integrity Manager (DIM), WebConnect, and IntelliMatch Reporting.- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and operations teams to gather requirements and design efficient reconciliation solutions.- Develop and maintain SQL Server queries, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning for large datasets.- Build and manage data imports, rules, match rules, reconciliation definitions, and exception management.- Perform end-to-end implementation of reconciliation workflows - from source data ingestion to final reporting.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IntelliMatch configurations and integrations.- Conduct unit and integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).- Automate reconciliation processes and optimize existing implementations to improve performance and reduce manual interventions.- Provide documentation and training for reconciliation processes and technical configurations.- Participate in production support and incident management as needed.Required Skills & Experience : - 6-8 years of overall experience in financial reconciliation, with strong hands-on experience in FIS IntelliMatch.- Expertise in Data Integrity Manager (DIM) and related modules.- Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server - ability to write and optimize complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance tuning.- Strong understanding of reconciliation processes, financial instruments, and data controls in banking or capital markets.- Familiarity with SWIFT messages, cash, positions, and trade reconciliation formats (ref:hirist.tech)
