📌 Job Title: Workday Support Analyst 📍 Location: Bengaluru 🕒 Shift: Night Shift 🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (Minimum 3 days WFO; must be flexible for 5 days if required) 💼 Experience Required: 1–2 years ⏳ Notice Period: Immediate joiners only 🔹 Key Responsibilities Handle HR escalations and inquiries promptly and professionally. Execute repeatable HR processes with high accuracy while meeting SLAs. Perform data audits and collaborate with HR partners to ensure data integrity. Coordinate with vendors for system updates, configurations, and mass uploads. Support troubleshooting and issue resolution in HR systems, primarily Workday. Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for improvements. Manage and prioritize daily tasks in alignment with the team lead. Work in rotational shifts, including complete US business hours. 🔹 Must-Have Requirements Experience in end-to-end HR operations . Hands-on experience in Workday support . Flexibility and willingness to work night shifts only . Immediate joiners will be considered. 🔹 Preferred Skills (Good to Have) Exposure to Taleo and Workday support-related tasks.
